Description
Deliciously and lovingly made with seasonally organic vegetables (wherever possible) such as peas, smoked red, orange, yellow and green peppers, artichokes, butter beans French beans, finely chopped onions, garlic, Paprika, Saffron, rosemary, celery, olives and 3 types of mushrooms. This is in addition to the specially imported Sweet smoked paprika and tomatoes that go into making the special ‘sofrito’ base and the exquisite veggie stock. A good pinch of cracked black pepper and sea salt finishes this dish off to perfection. You can also add chilli flakes, squeeze of lemon and scatter of parsley that come with it separately.
